PinkGlows Refund Policy
We fully support all PinkGlows products with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you purchase a single unit of any PinkGlows product and are not completely satisfied, simply email us here, and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 1 Business Day!
If more than one unit of the same product has been purchased, we may require an Authorized Return of any new/unopened units for a refund. To request a Return Authorization, please email us here.
Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the purchase of a single bottle of each product, with lifetime order and refund history taken into account. We reserve the right to decline refund requests for more than one of the same item/color and/or if a refund under the Guarantee has already been issued for the item in question. Please use the "Contact Us" page to reach Customer Support with any questions regarding this policy.
Return Authorization is required. Returns must be sent to our Returns Warehouse, which is separate from our Fulfillment Warehouse. Therefore, we strongly advise against refusing a shipment or sending a "Return to Sender," as this will significantly delay any refund processing.
We authorize returns and issue refunds only for new, unopened, and unused products. If a return is required and authorized, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. While not mandatory, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return items lost in transit.
All returned items are subject to inspection. Once received, returns will be processed and refunded within 5 business days. An email notification will be sent once the refund has been issued.
